Shipping Disclosure

All orders are generally always shipped within 72 hours excluding weekends. For special shipping requests please contact us directly. Please specify the date you would like your order by and we will try our best to accommodate that.

All ours are shipped via USPS 2 or 3 day depending on where you are located. Please note, we do not ship to PO BOXES so please provide a physical address. Please confirm your address is correct before placing your order.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

The post office will have occasional delays. If your order is delayed, You can only wait for the package to arrive. Shoppers may also contact USPS Customer Care for more information 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). We are not privy to any more information than what the tracking number reflects, and cannot provide any more information than what is seen on the tracking status.

Once orders have been released to the USPS, and receive an Acceptance Scan (confirmation the parcel has been received and is now in transit to its destination) We are no longer responsible, at this point it is the shoppers responsibility to utilize the tracking number provided to keep up with movement updates, expected delivery dates, post office delays, attempted deliveries, and delivery.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from Inclement weather or events beyond our control.
